around your work

Three kinds of project, priced before anything starts. If what you need is solved better by software you can buy off the shelf, we will tell you that instead of building it.

How a project runs

No hourly meter
STEP 1

A conversation

Twenty minutes. You walk us through how the work flows today and where it jams up. No charge and no pitch.

STEP 2

Written proposal

What gets built, what it costs, when it is done. One page. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, that is what it will say.

STEP 3

Half up front

A deposit starts the work. The balance is due at launch. The price does not move unless the scope does, in writing.

STEP 4

Build and review

You see it while it is being made, not at the end. Two rounds of changes are included in every project.

STEP 5

Launch, then support

Hosting, backups, security updates, monitoring, and a person who picks up when something breaks.

Tell us what you are working with

Email works best. A few sentences is plenty to start. Useful things to include, if you have them:

  1. What the business does
  2. The part of the job that keeps costing you time
  3. How you handle it today, even if the answer is paper
  4. Any deadline you are working against
